Profile

I have been supporting and managing Apple devices for over a decade from Troubleshooting and Repair to Support and MDM management. I love new challenges and tackling "unsolvable problems" as the experience from the investigation and knowledge derived from deep dives are what I truly enjoy. I've graduated from ASU in 2015 and have been working with Technology my whole life. I am not only a logic based techno math expert, but I am also an avid fan of creative processes and works. I enjoy films that demonstrate all creative arts collaborating for a single performance. Music is just as important as Art and the written word, whether in rhyme or in prose. I tend to break down and make analyses of everything I see and observe. I love finding the why of things and implementing solutions or new efficient processes.
