Focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and managing personal/professional stress by incorporating evidence based research on nutrition, mindfulness, communication, positive psychology, exercise, environmental factors contributing to wellness and disease; immune system support, activity management and developing practices that facilitate maintaining living in balance.
