Profile

Tricia White serves as the Interim Associate Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness. She supports accreditation as the Accreditation Liaison Officer, as well as, data analytics, college planning, institutional research and effectiveness, grants development, program review and compliance.

She joined MCC in 2012 serving in two prior positions. Tricia was Director of Planning and Research, supervising the planning and research team and managing research projects and analytics. She also served as Predictive Analyst, conducting research on student outcomes, student equity gaps and predictors of student success.

In her time at MCC, she has participated on several committees and action teams, including informed improvement, the student outcomes committee, the strategic planning committee, DEI council, MCCCD Equity Research team, and co-chair of the Achievement Team, where she continues to work towards the goal of eliminating student equity gaps.

Tricia earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Mathematics and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering, both from the University of Arizona.
