Profile

I have more than 35 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, with a career that has included teaching, program administration, multi-site operations, professional development, coaching, workforce development, and community partnerships.

Throughout my career, I have been passionate about strengthening the early childhood profession and supporting the educators who make a difference in the lives of children and families every day. My experience includes developing and leading early childhood programs, supporting educators in their professional growth, managing grant-funded initiatives, and collaborating with community partners throughout Arizona.

I am excited to bring my real-world experience into higher education and to support and prepare the next generation of early childhood professionals.
