EXS257 Program Design: Cardiorespiratory Fitness 3 Credits

Advanced principles of cardiorespiratory fitness and weight management including needs analysis, interpretation of assessment outcomes, and evidence-based program design for healthy and athletic populations. Considerations for special populations and environments are also examined.

Health and wellness and their application to an optimal life style. Explores current topics of interest such as stress management, nutrition, fitness, and environmental health. Evaluates common risk factors associated with modern lifestyles. Prerequisites: None.
