A capstone experience in a fitness or health related facility supervised by a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) professional. Eighty (80) hours of designated work per credit. Prerequisites: Completion of a grade of C or better in nine (9) credits of EXS courses, approved by the Department Chair and/or Director, current CPR and AED card, and permission of Department or Division. |

Notes: Class 31296 The emphasis of this section is Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga. Yoga Nidra is a gentle yoga class that focuses on breathing techniques and guided meditation to relax the body and mind. Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative form of yoga in which postures are held for longer periods of time with the aim of increasing joint range of motion. |
