ASE130AU Manual Drive Trains and Axles 4 Credits

Operation, diagnosis, service, and repair of the automotive powertrain. Includes manual transmissions/transaxles, clutches, drive axles, driveshafts, differentials, four-wheel drive, and all-wheel drive.

A grade of C or better required in all Prerequisites. Prerequisites or Corequisites: ASE100.

Introduction to the standards of the automotive industry. Includes an overview of the major automotive systems, safety practices, workplace habits, tools, and equipment. Prerequisites: None.
