We are upgrading the college website and additional training is required. All current editors received an email with details. Training for new editors will reopen on April 15, 2025.
Website Editor Access and Training
Can you get access to the edit the website? Yes!
MCC employees may request access to edit their department's pages on our website. We require all editors to go through a training process. To get started:
- Review the website guidelines.
- Discuss this responsibility with your supervisor and get their permission.
- Complete the Drupal Training Request form.
We will reach out after you submit the form to schedule a virtual, one-on-one training session. The training typically takes about 45 minutes.
What is Drupal?
Drupal is the content management system (CMS) that powers our website here at Mesa Community College. It allows us to keep all of our website content and design in one system, with access divided across various sections and editors.

Your training session will cover the most important information you will need as a Drupal editor. We have also created a more comprehensive guide for you. This Google Doc requires you to be logged in with your MEID.
